Fight Back Against the GMOs

  • Do you know where your food is coming from?
  • I’m not calling it a conspiracy, but…
  • …Here’s how you can fight back

If I walked up to you – a stranger on the street – and offered you a pint of my healthiest homemade soup, would you accept it?

I would tell you that it contains all fresh, organic herbs, vegetables and spices that are locally grown. There are no added sugars, preservatives or colors. No pesticides or genetically altered ingredients. Better yet, all of the ingredients have been shown to support a healthy heart, reduce dementia and cut your chances of diabetes. In fact, eating it on a regular basis could extend your life.

Sure, I know. This is a far-fetched scenario. But I have a very important point to make.

We both know you would turn me away in a heartbeat, even with full disclosure. The fact of the matter is you wouldn’t believe me. After all, I’m a stranger, right?

So let me ask you a few more questions.

Do you know Hugh Grant? No, not the movie star. I’m talking about the CEO of Monsanto, the world’s largest distributor of GMO seeds.

How about Robert Fraley? He’s Monsanto’s chief technology officer.

Open your arteries, improve blood flow for a new health miracle...

Did you know your circulatory system has over 60,000 miles of arteries, veins and other blood vessels, if stretched end to end?

But as you age, your blood vessels undergo changes, which may cause them to stiffen, thicken and get clogged.

GOOD NEWS! Doctors have now identified a “Miracle Molecule” inside your arteries that helps OPEN your arteries and IMPROVE blood flow.

It’s what Dr. Valentin Fuster calls it, "One of the most important discoveries in the history of cardiovascular medicine."To you, that means...

  • Healthy blood pressure
  • Sharper mind and memory
  • Skyrocketing energy and muscular strength
  • Increased pleasure and passion in the bedroom
  • Improved circulation to every cell and organ in your body

Go here to discover a new natural way to significantly boost the levels of this miracle molecule in YOUR body NOW!

And let’s not forget about Pierre Courduroux. This guy is the bean-counter, the one who’s in charge of making sure Monsanto’s coffers are full at all times.

Well, what if I told you that you probably eat produce and packaged products derived from their genetically altered and pesticide laden seed crops every day? Without any disclosure whatsoever!

This is a big problem here in the U.S. For some reason, we want to believe the big food giants have our backs. But here’s the truth…

You don’t know them.

They balk at telling you what’s in their products. And when you and I demand transparency, Monsanto, other GMO seed companies and the Grocery Manufacturer’s Association (GMA) all team together to spend millions of dollars toward keeping us in the dark.

These efforts to block GMO transparency is now being called the DARK Act, which stands for “Denying Americans the Right to Know”. So let me shed a little light on the subject.

A while back, public health lawyer and food blogger Michele R. Simon obtained GMA documents through a public records request. Although a lot of the data is redacted, the internal memos and other documents are quite telling.

It’s not quite a conspiracy. But yes, there are things taking place that you need to be aware of.

The documents refer to a “Defense of Brand Strategic Account” that’s funded by GMA members. The goal? To fight state legislative efforts and defeat ballot measures related to GMO labeling.

Are You Suffering From...

  • Love handles and a pot belly
  • Romance that isn't what it used to
  • Forgetfulness and inattention
  • Low (or no) strength and endurance
  • A sex drive that's shifted into neutral...or worse

If so...you may have Mature Male Burnout.  Click here to discover more about this unique condition and what you can do about it.

In their words, it’s a long range funding program to “protect the image of the industry” and “reduce the companies’ exposure to criticism” for using genetically altered ingredients in their products.

At the same time, the documents state that information on labels needs to be “reserved for material information that allows consumers to understand the product they purchase.”

Ahem. Did you read that the same way I did? Don’t you think knowing whether your foods contain genetically modified ingredients is considered “material information”? That it might allow you to “understand the product” better?

Here’s the deal.

When you buy genetically altered foods, you’re supporting the use of harmful chemicals in our food supply and environment. As of this date, nobody knows the full impact that this risky science experiment will have on our long-term health.

Monsanto’s Roundup ready crops are genetically altered so the popular weed-killer, Roundup, won’t harm them. Glyphosate, the main chemical in Roundup, damages DNA, causes cancer and acts as an endocrine (hormone) disruptor in human cells. Some research shows it even causes cell damage and death at the levels found in Roundup ready crops.

Where will you find gyphosates?

In almost all corn, soybean, cotton, sugar beet and alfalfa grown in the U.S. These are added to your packaged foods as HFCS, corn oil, soybean oil, sugar from beets and so forth.

And remember! Commercial farm animals are fed corn and soy products. So commercial meats are a source of glyphosate, too.

Some of Monsanto’s crops also contain Bt toxins. These act as a pesticide to prevent crops from damage. But it’s not just harmful to pests. It appears these toxins may damage red blood cells, which are needed to deliver oxygen throughout your body.

All of these chemicals are ending up on your dinner table.

And I’ll bet you’d like to change that.

But without clear GMO labeling and full transparency from the GMA, you won’t be able to. (It’s estimated that up to 80% of all packaged foods contain genetically altered ingredients.)

So, what can you do?

To start with, take control over the matters that are in your own hands. When choosing packaged foods, look for ones certified organic or with the “Non-GMO Project Verified” logo. These foods aren’t allowed to contain GMOs, and should be glyphosate free.

All of your fruits and veggies should be organic, too. And always go grass-fed, organic range-free and wild-caught for your proteins.

Second, fight for your basic freedoms, liberty and health. Reject the DARK Act, which would prohibit states and the federal government from requiring genetically modified foods to be labeled.” Just sign this petition to make your voice heard.

And finally, stand-up against Monsanto by joining a local “March Against Monsanto” rally in May. These rallies are happening all around the globe on May 23, 2015 to educate consumers and help reclaim our natural food supply.

Don’t count on others to speak for you. Become proactive. Support a natural and healthy food supply for your family…and for other families who may not be as well-informed as you are.
