Have you noticed? Everyone seems to have an opinion on how we handle this COVID pandemic.
Sometimes the talking heads talking don’t actually know what they’re talking about. They’re just rattling off ideas to get their readers or TV viewers excited.
For instance, I recently saw a news article talking about wearing THREE masks… yes… one-two-three!
Now, honestly… simply multiplying your number of masks is not going to protect you from the SARS-CoV2 virus. It’s more complicated than that.
But a headline proclaiming “Three Masks!” sure does catch your attention! Right?
Before I continue, let me address this particular headline in a bit more detail. It actually makes much more sense to invest in protective measures that actually work.
MD Exposes the Hidden Danger to Your Eyes
When your eyesight starts to fail, it's a real problem. Suddenly you can't go to the grocery store... you can't get to the doctor if you have an emergency... you can't meet your friends for dinner…
Your "regular" doctor doesn't have time to keep up with the latest research. And the same goes for eye doctors. They go to school to learn how to fit you for glasses and contacts, but have no way of preventing the damage and loss of eyesight that threatens your freedom and independence.
Let me show you something that explains a LOT about how your eyes work.
In my FREE Special Report, I'll show you a HUGE, untapped resource for your eyes that safely and naturally restores clear, effortless eyesight.

So spend your money on one great fitting N95 mask. They cost about $5. Or, spend the $89 and get a tightly sealed mask with two little fans on the side that pull air through filters.
One thing’s for sure… we’re going to see a lot more evolution in mask technology in the years to come.
Personally, I wear a K95 mask along with four- five sprays of bio-active silver hydrosol to boost my immune system before I go out in public.
We’re Still Learning About This Virus
After you make your decision about what kind of mask to wear, you might start looking for other COVID-19 headlines.
I found one particularly interesting…
It was making the claim that people who are taking statin drugs are less likely to be COVID positive.
They were trying to make the argument that statin drugs lower cholesterol. Since cholesterol is needed for the virus to gain access to cells, statins would help people avoid infection.
The World's Quickest Solution for Ending Prostate and Urinary Misery
This has recently been revealed to be one of the only real breakthroughs in prostate health.
The seeds of a strange fruit (sometimes called "Chinese Apples") hold powerful phytonutrients that are a revolution in prostate health.
In fact, UCLA and Veterans Administration research have now proved this to be true.
Not only that, but it may be the worlds quickest solution for ending prostate misery.
Simply stated, these phytonutrients represent a huge step beyond beta sitosterol, saw palmetto, and other phytosterols alone.

Now, I have a few problems with this…
First off, the researchers need to do a lot more research before they start announcing these claims. They even admitted the study hadn’t yet gone through peer review — the scientific community’s method of “approving your work.”
Plus, there are a large number of reasons why statins could have an effect on the virus. To say that the internal structure of a cell membrane — which has a lot of cholesterol in its own right — is preventing the COVID spike from attaching… Well, it’s a bit of a stretch.
Unfortunately, this virus has already killed hundreds of thousands of people. It’s dangerous for people to make broad claims without taking the time to really know for sure.
I’m especially wary of this article because I understand the dangers of taking statin drugs. People have been led to believe they need statins to keep their cholesterol levels lower.
In truth, statins are a huge waste of money. Rather than lower your risk for heart disease, they actually make your risk higher.[1]
Plus, statin drugs lower your levels of CoQ10 — an important antioxidant. Without CoQ10, you’re more prone to dementia-like brain symptoms and heart problems.
Then, there are health risks directly related to taking statins. People who take these drugs are more likely to experience muscle problems, cataracts, hearing loss, suicidal thoughts, depression, Parkinson’s, herpes, cognitive impairment, diabetes, and even sexual impotency.[2]
I would much prefer that you skip over all the COVID speculation out in the news. Instead, focus on the tried and true ways to boost your immunity and avoid infection.
- The most effective method to avoid the virus is to simply not be exposed.[3] So, use social distancing and stay away from folks who are careless with their own exposure.
- Wear a well-fitted mask droplets from sick people aren’t able to infect you.[4]
- Boost your immune system with vitamin C and B vitamins[5]….and vitamin D3 !
- Eat a healthy rainbow diet filled with all the colors of the rainbow. A poor diet leads to chronic disease, which only increases your risk of infection. Plus, a better diet keeps your gut microbiome healthy so you’re better able to ward off disease.
- Take bio-active silver hydrosol as a vertical spray before going into public or 1 teaspoon three times a day under your tongue.
The moral of the story is this: Don’t trust just any old news report or opinion shows about COVID. Stick to the reports from respected officials who are studying the virus in depth.
And the best thing you can do right now is boost your own body’s immunity and keep yourself from being exposed.
