Many of today’s back problems aren’t caused by “bad backs”. Instead, they are a result of years and years of bad habits. We slouch when we sit and hunch when we walk. Some people jut their hips forward, others push their derrieres out.
You may not even realize how bad your posture is. But the truth is, a lot of people simply don’t know how to stand and sit up straight anymore. This places a huge burden on your spine, and can eventually lead to permanent physical changes.
