Have Hollywood Stars Found the Fountain of Youth?

By David Blyweiss, M.D.

Many Hollywood movie stars seem blessed with an uncanny ability to fight aging.  Their skin remains smooth with very few lines and wrinkles, their hair is thick and shiny, and they’ve still got great muscle tone with very little fat.

Some celebrities look so much younger than their true age that you may quietly wonder if they’ve discovered the Fountain of Youth!

Although they may not be sipping from the legendary spring, many of them do share a powerful, all-natural secret.

A secret that has been clinically shown to transform fat into muscle, diminish wrinkles and fine lines, even turn gray hair back to its youthful color! Today, I want to tell you about this incredible natural secret and the remarkable science behind it…

MD Exposes the Hidden Danger to Your Eyes

When your eyesight starts to fail, it's a real problem. Suddenly you can't go to the grocery store... you can't get to the doctor if you have an emergency... you can't meet your friends for dinner…

Your "regular" doctor doesn't have time to keep up with the latest research. And the same goes for eye doctors. They go to school to learn how to fit you for glasses and contacts, but have no way of preventing the damage and loss of eyesight that threatens your freedom and independence.

Let me show you something that explains a LOT about how your eyes work.

In my FREE Special Report, I'll show you a HUGE, untapped resource for your eyes that safely and naturally restores clear, effortless eyesight.

The breakthrough I’m talking about is Human Growth Hormone, or HGH for short. Perhaps you’ve heard of it. HGH is an endocrine hormone that’s produced naturally by your pituitary gland.

When you’re young, your pituitary gland pumps out lots of HGH.  And studies show naturally strong levels of HGH in your youth is why your skin is smooth, your hair is free of gray, your muscles are toned and your sex drive and energy level seem endless.

Unfortunately, as you get older your pituitary gland slows down its production of HGH. Research has shown that your HGH levels drop 14% per decade starting as young as age 32! And science links this decline in HGH to the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, muscle and bone being replaced by fat and a dip in your energy and sex drive.

So what can you do? You can support youthful HGH levels. One way is to do what so many movie stars, celebrities and athletes do, get regular HGH injections. While it may seem like a lot of hassle (and discomfort), science shows the results are nothing short of incredible.

A ground-breaking study published in the New England Journal of Medicine shows HGH injections can significantly turn back the hands of time. In this study performed by Dr. Daniel Rudman, twelve men ages 61 to 81 received HGH injections for six months. In that short amount of time these aging men experienced:

Are You Suffering From...

  • Love handles and a pot belly
  • Romance that isn't what it used to
  • Forgetfulness and inattention
  • Low (or no) strength and endurance
  • A sex drive that's shifted into neutral...or worse

If so...you may have Mature Male Burnout.  Click here to discover more about this unique condition and what you can do about it.

  • Muscle gain—an 8.8 % rise in lean body mass
  • Fat loss—a 14.4% decrease in fat tissue mass
  • Diminished wrinkles—a 7.1% increase in skin thickness
  • Stronger bones—a 1.6% rise in bone density

The results were better than even Dr. Rudman expected. In fact, he concluded that raising HGH levels was the “equivalent in magnitude to the changes incurred during 10 to 20 years of aging.”

In other words, HGH reversed nearly two decades of the annoying signs of aging that we can see and feel!

And it’s not just one study with great results. Additional research has found even more youth-enhancing benefits of HGH injections, for instance:

  • Stronger sexual performance
  • Gray hair turning black
  • Increased energy
  • Happier mood
  • Better vision
  • Lower cholesterol
  • Improved immune function
  • And many more…

Plus, it appears HGH keeps doing its good work inside your body. Research shows the results don’t peter out over time like some treatments.

In one long-term study, researchers analyzed a group of men who had received HGH for ten years against a group of men who did not receive injections. They found that the men receiving HGH had more lean muscle mass, less fat, higher energy, and were even happier than the non-HGH men!

Of course, getting regular HGH injections may not be practical for you. Besides being painful, injections require a prescription and regular blood work. They’re also expensive, costing anywhere from $500 to $1000 a month! But I’ve got great news…

There are other ways to naturally support youthful HGH levels and remain young in body and mind without resorting to injections. The first is through simple diet and exercise.

Eat more protein. Anti-aging doctors at the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (of which I am a member) have long reported that by increasing the amount of lean protein you eat on a daily basis, you can increase your HGH levels. This makes sense because HGH is not only a hormone, it’s also a protein!

Exercise vigorously. Regular, vigorous exercise also supports youthful HGH levels. When I say “vigorous” I mean exercise that substantially elevates your heart rate and works your muscles dramatically. Jogging long distances and weight lifting are two good examples.

You can also supplement with certain nutrients to support your waning HGH levels. Among the most important nutrients are amino acids, or proteins, such as:

  • L-Arginine—stimulates the pituitary glands release of HGH
  • L Glutamine—stimulates the pituitary gland to produce more HGH
  • L-Ornithine—supports HGH levels in the blood stream

These amino acids are the building blocks of HGH and I recommend supplementing with them every day. In fact, I’ve helped formulate a new daily supplement that contains these amino acids in the proper amounts along with additional nutrients to support youthful HGH levels.
